How to Book a 1:1 Session
1. Contact me to check availability for your session on 07815 746264.
2. Once confirmed with me, I will send you payment details via bank transfer.
Sessions must be booked and paid for 48 hours in advance, in order for your session time to be secured.
3. For online PT you will receive your Zoom access link to the session after payment.
A ‘PAR-Q form‘ must be completed before the first session commences.
No refunds for sessions that are cancelled by the Client. All sessions must be taking within the timeframe stated in Terms and Conditions.

Why do clients stay with me?
My clients stay with me as they enjoy the workout programs I deliver at each session. They can also see that I believe in what I teach and that I am walking testimony to hard work and healthy eating plans that will pay off over time. I am encouraging during sessions and focus on my clients’ strengths, helping to correct any imbalances, while keeping in mind their dignity and well-being.
How do I get results with my clients?
For my clients to see great results, I do encourage they firstly find an activity that gets them moving, which they enjoy and then can stick to 3-4 times per week.
Nutrition will also play a key role. I will encourage them to assess their eating habits and choices. Gradually making small, achievable nutritional changes, along side a varied training program, is the sure-fire way forward, to get results.
